Cancellation Policy
To provide the best service to all clients and to respect our time, the following policies are strictly enforced:
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Deposits are applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment.
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.
• A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
No-Shows
• Clients who fail to show up to their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service price.
• No-show clients may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Same-Day Appointments
• Same-day bookings are final and cannot be canceled or rescheduled.
